摘要
从水牛奶的理化特点出发,介绍了水牛奶所具有的优势,阐述了水牛奶的研究状况,并对水牛奶的开发提出了一些的建议。
In this paper, the physic-chemical characters and study situation of buffalo milk were discussed, suggested buffalo milk's superiority. It summarized the research progress of buffalo milk, and point ed out some questions.
