地方高校的和谐发展需要先给地方高等学校定位,使地方高等学校从政府定位向市场定位转变;其次,地方高等学校的战略要从"自我中心论"向"他方中心论"转变;最后,地方高等学校的作用需要从"追求、发展和传播知识"向"敏感、积极应对市场反应"转变。这样才能构建和谐发展的地方高等学校新局面。

To Open a new page in the harmonious development of local higher education, we need to set our aim according to the market demand without government interfering. We should change ＂self- centered＂ concepts into ＂others -oriented＂ concepts, and then transform the model of ＂pursue, enrich and impart knowledge＂ into that of ＂be sensitive and active in adaptation to the market demand＂ in our reform.
