摘要 近年来,基于 RTSP 协议的流媒体应用逐渐得到普及。在网络和网络应用从 IPv4向 IPv6过渡的过程中,新构建的基于 IPv6的 RTSP 应用,要求能够和原有 IPv4网络中的 RTSP 应用进行互通。本文提出并实现一种基于代理的 RTSP 流媒体应用过渡方案,RTSP 协议在 IPv4/IPv6之间的转换工作由代理来完成,不需要对客户端和服务器端的软件进行修改。从数据结构和接口调用两个层面,对开源的 Darwin Strearming Proxy 代码(仅支持 IPv4协议)进行改造,实现了流媒体应用在 IPv4和 IPv6网络间的互访。还对 RTSP 流媒体应用的数据传输方式做了分析,在代理的功能和性能上进行了相应的扩展和改进。 Nowadays, RTSP(Real Time Streaming Protocol)-based streaming media applications are increasingly getting popular. As the networks and their applications make the transition from IP version 4 to IP version 6, it will be necessary to allow IPv6-based RTSP applications to intercommunicate with the corresponding legacy applications. A proxybased transition scheme for RTSP streaming media applications was proposed and implemented in this paper, which completing the IPv4/IPv6 transition work for RTSP protocol without modifying the software for both clients and servers. Based on the open source code of Darwin Streaming Proxy(only supporting IPv4),IPv4/IPv6 intercommunication for RTSP streaming media applications was achieved by modifying both data structure and API transfer of the original proxy code. Furthermore, this paper also analyzed the different data transmission modes of RTSP streaming media applications and made corresponding extension and improvement for the proxy both from its function and performance.
