The Challenges and Countermeasures in Developing Vocational Education in Less-Developed Area

欠发达地区发展职业教育从思想观念到办学条件存在诸多挑战，从提高思想认识、增加经费投入、改善实验实训条件、合理整合资源、打造精品专业，加强“双师型”教师队伍建设，以就业为导向，推行工学结合、校企合作等方面提出了解决困难的思路和对策。

In less - developed area, there are lots of challenges in developing vocational education from thoughts to educating conditions. The article gives some reasonable thoughts and countermeasures on how to solve these problems based on deepening understanding of ideas, increasing educational investment, making the conditions for experiments and training better, making good use of resources, setting up brand majors, strengthening the construction of teachers with double certificates and promoting the close cooperation between studying in colleges and practising in enterprises to meet the needs of employment.
