金菊提取液雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎效果观察

Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Chrysanthemum Extract on the Chronic Pharyngitis

目的探讨金菊提取液雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的疗效及护理要点。方法将287例慢性咽炎患者随机分为观察组(145例)和对照组(142例)。观察组采用由金银花、野菊花等中药加工精制成的金菊提取液行超声雾化吸入;对照组采用常规抗生素雾化液超声雾化吸入,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.2%、77.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=19.2,P<0.05);观察组与对照组显效时间分别为(10.4±1.6)d、(14.6±1.8)d,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(t=9.5,P<0.05)。结论金菊提取液雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎疗程短、疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation of chrysanthemum extract and generalize the experience in tbe nursing care in the treatment. Methods Two.hundred and eighty-seven outpatients and inpatients who had received treatment in ot,r hospital from July, 2004 to November, 2005 were divided into an experimental group （n= 145） and a control group （n= 142）. The patients in the experimental group were treated by aerosol inhalation of chrysanthemum extract while the controls were routinely subjected to the aerosol inhalation of antibiotics. The results of the two groups were then compared. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 95.2 % and 77.5 %, respectively, with a significant difference found between the two groups （X^2=19.2,P〈0.05）. The time for the effect to take place was （10.4 ± 1.6） days and （14.6±1.8） clays and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the time （t= 9. 5, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The aerosol inhalation of chrysanthemt, m extract is effective for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis and the treatment Course is short.
