多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统的临床应用分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的 探讨肿瘤标志物的联合检测对提高常见肿瘤检出率的意义,评价多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(C12)的临床应用价值。方法 应用C12系统检测545例常见肿瘤病人和102例健康体检人群的血清标本中12种肿瘤标志物的含量,分析其灵敏度、特异性,比较两组间差异。结果 C12系统对常见肿瘤的单指标检测的阳性率为3.4%~71.0%,联合检测的阳性率为51.4%~80.6%,灵敏度为65.3%,特异性为95.1%。C12检测对肿瘤组和健康对照组的检出率经)(。检验,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 C12系统对肿瘤标志物的检测是有意义的,且多个指标间可相互协同,可提高检测率及准确度,并对肿瘤来源的判断有一定的辅助意义。 Aim To study the sensitivity of multiple malignant tumor(MMT) by simple tumor markers union tests and evaluate the clinical value of Multi-tumor markers protein chip systerm(C12). Methods The protein chip was used to determine and analyse the concentration values of 12 tumor markers ( CA19-9, NSE, Ferritin, β-HCG, AFP, CEA, CA-242, f-PSA, PSA, CA 125, HGH, CA153 ) in 617 malignant tumor patients and 36 controls. Result The positive ratio of liver conce ( AFP, CA242, CA125, Ferritin) was 86.96% ,52. 17% ,54.35% ,50.00% ,respectively. The positive ratio of lung conce( NSE, Fessitin) was 54.93% ,50.34% ;the gastric cancer ( CA19-9) was 57.91% and the colon cancer(CA242) was 59.52%. The above-mentioned specificity exceeded 96.0%. Conclusion Multitumor markers levels in serum can be detected by using protein chip. The method was proved low-priced, conveniently operated and can provide much important information for clinic diagnosis.
