偏头痛患者血浆β-内啡肽含量的研究

A study on the level of plasma β-endorphin in migraine.

本文应用放射免疫法测定了40例偏头痛患者(典型型5例,普通型31例,丛集型4例)血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)的含量,并与正常对照组20例比较。结果示:患者血浆β-EP 含量均较对照组低,发作期与发作末期较间歇期更低,女性患者较男性患者低。提示血浆β-EP 含量降低可能与偏头痛的发生发展有关。

Plasma β-endorphin(β-EP)were measured by radioimmunoassaya in 40 pa- tients with migraine(classic 5,common 31,cluster 4)and 20 normal control subjcts.The levels of plasma β-EP were lower in the patients than tha control subjcts,during migraine at- track and at the end of attack than during the attack-free,in the female patients than in the male patients.These results suggest that decreased levels of β-EP in the plasma may play a role in the process of migraine.
