多器官衰竭患者外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体变化及意义

Change of glucocorticoid receptor in peripheral leukocytes and its significance in patients with multiple organ failure

应用放射配体结合法分别检测单一器官衰竭、多器官衰竭患者外周血单核白细胞（ＭＮＬ）糖皮质激素受体（ＧＲ）。结果：单一器官衰竭时ＭＮＬＧＲ的最大结合容量（Ｒ０）下降；多器官衰竭时ＭＮＬＧＲ的Ｒ０下降更显著。提示：ＧＲ在多器官衰竭病理生理过程中起重要作用。

Glucocotricoid receptor(GR) in peripheral monoleukocytes(MNL) in the patients with single organ failure and multiple organ failure(MOF) was determined by radio ligand binding assay.The results showed that the R 0 of GR in MNL was decreased in the single organ failure patients,and in MOF,the chenge of GR R 0 was more obvious. It is suggested that GR plays an important role in the pathophysiologic process of MOF.Test of GR in the peripheral MNL is the guide for the use of glucocorticoids in the clinical treatment of MOF.
