摘要
本研究用放射自显影术对甲基苯并蒽(简称DMBA)诱发的地鼠颊囊上皮增生的细胞迁移进行了研究。结果表明,DMBA诱发的上皮增生的细胞迁移时间平均为40小时,较正常者(82小时)明显加快;有不全角化的区域细胞迁移更快(约24小时)。还提示DMBA诱发的上皮增生的细胞更新速度加快;不全角化时细胞增殖更活跃。
The study on cell migration by using autoradiography revealed that cell migration in hyperplasticepithelium induced by DMBA in hamster cheek pouch was faster (40 hours) than it's normal counter-part (82 hours). This fact, together with the higher LI, indicates a rapid cell renewal in hyperplasticepithelium. That cell migration was even faster (24 hours) in the area with parakeratosis than otherarea supports the opinion that cell proliferation in hyperplastic epithelium with parakeratosis may bemore active and this kind of epithelium may shear more risk of malignant transformation.
