新疆高等教育区域化阻滞因素研究

Factors Hindering the Localization of Xinjiang's Higher Education

高等教育区域化既是国际社会经济和高等教育发展的必然趋势,也是我国在科学发展观指导下推进社会全面进步的现实要求。新疆自推行高等教育区域化以来取得了社会、经济、科技和高等教育等方面的全面进步。但由于封闭的地理位置、落后的观念意识、薄弱的经济基础以及运行中统筹管理的缺乏等因素,其高等教育区域化还没有进入平稳运行轨道。论文针对新疆高等教育区域化发展的现状和存在的问题,着重分析阻碍其发展的原因,并提出了一些思考与对策。

With deepening reform and enforcing teaching material facing 21C, More requirement are needed for higher education, during which the localization is not only a trend of the development of enter national economy and higher education, but a realistic demand for the all-round social development under the guide of the value of scientific development. In XinJiang , because of the blockage of geographical position, the old ideology, the weak economic basis and the lack of overall management, although much improvement has met, the localization of higher education is not steaely. This article analyses the reasons of it and put forward some personal countermeasures.
