心理社会应激与妊娠期糖尿病关系的研究

A study of the relationship between psychosocial stress and gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨心理社会应激与妊娠期糖尿病的关系。方法收集2000年3月-2001年1月在我院产科住院的40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇（观察组）及40例正常孕妇（对照组），采用A型行为、生活事件和状态焦虑-特质焦虑问卷进行调查分析。结果（1）观察组A型行为27例占67．5％，对照组A型行为13例占32．5％，两组比较差异有非常显著性（P〈0．01），A型行为相对危险度为4．3l，其95％可信区间为1．73～10．76，P〈0．01。（2）观察组生活事件及状态焦虑-特质焦虑评分与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论A型行为、应激性生活事件及焦虑情绪等心理社会应激与妊娠期糖尿病的发生密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between psychosocial stress and the occurrence and development of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 40 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （study group） and 40 normal pregnant women（control group） from Mar. 2000 to Jan. 2001 in our hospital with type A behavior pattem（TABP）, life events scale（LES） and statetrait anxiety inventory （STAI）. Results （ 1 ）There were 27 cases（67.5 % ） of type A behavior in the study group, whereas 13 cases （32.5%） in the normal controls, the difference being significant （P〈0.01）. The odd ratio （OR） of TABP was 4.31, and its 95% confidence interval （CI） was 1.73-10.76（P 〈 0.01 ）. （2） The scores of LES and STAI in study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Those psychosocial factors such as TABP, LES and STAI are closely associated with the occurrence of gestational diabetes mellitus.
