摘要
为彻底消除雷管卡口工序过程中存在的安全隐患,设计了一种雷管卡口工序自动闭锁装置,介绍了该装置的检测原理、状态识别、软件设计;并对光电传感器进行了试验和数据分析。该装置对于提高雷管卡口工序的生产安全性有着重要意义。
In order to eliminate thoroughly potential safety hazard existing in detonator crimping operation, a coupler lock device applied to the detonator crimping operation is designed. The tests and data analysis to the photoelectric sensor is carried out. At the same time, detection principle, state indentification and software design to the device is described respectively. It is advantageous to improve production safety of detonator crimping operation process.
