在分为K层的成组病例对照研究中,常涉及到比数比的一致性检验以及公共比数比的可信区间的计算。本文提供了公共比数比的确切可信区间的计算方法。
It is customary to invoke the test for homogeneity of odds ratio and estimate the confidence interval for the common odds ratio when analyzing a K stratified unmatched case-control study. It is necessary to estimate the odds ratio and its confidence interval. The primary purpose of this paper is to present the calculation method of the exeaet confidennce intervaal for the odds ratio.
