文章对壁山县公费医疗改革现状进行了综合评价,重点分析了医疗费用、医患行为、人群对改革模式的意向等问题,并针对现存的某些问题提出了建议。

This paper describes a comprehensive evaluation of the free medical service reform program in Bishan County,Sichuan Province. A survey of the officials managing the free medical service was conducted. The survey studied the doctors and patients benefiting from free medical service in the county,asking them about medicine fees, their own behavior,and their intention to adopt the reform model. Suggestions are made according to the survey's findings.
