摘要 用乳化聚合法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)PVA微球。微球平均直径为71.5μm。用扫描电镜考察了微球的表面结构。5-FuPVA微球体外释放93%的药物为300小时,含药量为17.34%。将PVA微球进行狗肝动脉栓塞实验,同时对11名肝癌患者用PVA微球实施肝动脉栓塞,结果提示PVA微球动脉栓塞治疗肝癌获得满意疗效。 Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and 5-Fu PVA microspheres were prepared by emulsion-polymerizationmethod. The shape of the microsphere was invariably spherical, and the average diameter was 71.5 um.The surface structure of the microspheres was examined by scanning electron microscopy. The 5-Fumicro spheres released, in vitro, about 93% of the contained 5-Fu for 300 hours and the content is17.34%. The PVA microspheres were infused into the dog hepatic arteries. It demonstrated that themicrospheres lodged in the small arteries. Nine patients with hepatic cancer underwent intra-arterialhepatic embolization using PVA microspheres. Clinical course showed improvement of symptoms,reduction of tumor diameter and alpha-fetoprotein dropping. This results suggest that PVA microsp-heres are useful as arterial embolization agent in treatment for hepatic cancer.
