摘要
对59对肥胖儿童和正常儿童的第Ⅱ掌骨发育状况做了对比观察,肥胖儿童的皮质厚度、皮质指数等5项骨量指标均大于非肥胖儿童。肥胖女童的月经初潮年龄也较对照组女童提前。
The skeletal development of 59 obese children (25 boys and 34 girls)aged from 7 to 17 was studied using a 1 to 1 matched case-control study. The results showed that the cortex thickness of the secend metacarpal bone of both boys and girls in the case groups were respectively 0.51 and 0.54mm greater than those of the controls. The cortex index of the secend metacarpal bone of boys and girls in the case groups was 6.710% and 4.68% respectively greater than those of the controls.
