室间隔缺损并存其他心脏畸形的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Ventricular Septal Defect Associated with Cardiac Anomaly

报告了57例室间隔缺损并存其他心脏畸形的外科治疗,男性24例,女性33例,年龄自2.5～35岁。11例伴有双腔右心室,11例伴有左上腔静脉,9例伴有右室流出道狭窄,8例伴有室间隔膨胀瘤,6例伴有主动脉瓣关闭不全,12例伴有其他畸形。文章对伴有畸形的处理方法进行了重点讨论。

Fifty-seven cases with ventricular septal defect associated with cardiac anomaly were treated surgically. There were 24 men and 33 women. The ages ranged from 2. 5 to 35 years old. 11 cases were associated with double chambers of right ventricle , 11 with left superior vena cava , 9 with obstruction in outflow tract of right ventricle , 8 with aneurysm of the inter-ventricular septum ,6 with aortic insuffciency and 12 with other anomalies . The method for the managememt of the cases associated with cardiac anomalies was especially discussed in this paper.
