摘要
报告了胆总管周围癌根治术(胰十二指肠切除术)及静脉营养支持的情况,就该病的诊断、手术及静脉营养支持进行了探讨,认为;CT、B超及上消化道钡透具有重要诊断价值;术中要重视探查切除指征及各系统重建的方式;术后适当的营养支持有利于预后,而无明显不良影响。
The details of duodenum-pancreatectomy and intravenous feeding for patients with peri-choledochous cancer were reported. Some problems about diagnosis and operation and intravenous feeding were discussed. It is suggested that CT ,B-ultrasound and barium enema examination of upper digestive tract showed be useful for diagnosis. The sign of operation and the method of reconstruction for each system should be noticed; proper nutrition support after operation benifit patients and do no harm to them.
