A Probe into Lü Zuqian's Collection of Essays on Literature

东莱吕氏为中原望族,文献故家,家学渊源。吕祖谦承继祖脉,弘扬光大,流长东南,为金华学派之鼻祖,浙东学派之中坚。其一生撰纂綦多,甲乙丙丁,四部俱丰。本文就其丁部文献之目录版本,逐一梳爬,考镜源流。

The La Family, a distinguished one that originated from Dong Lai （i. e. , today＇ s Shouxian County in Anhui Province） , is well known for its members＇ dedication, generation after generation, to literature. Lu Zuqian, inheriting and carrying forward the family＇ s cause, later became founder of the Jinhua School and one of the representative figures of the East Zhejiang School. A prolific writer and researcher, he made great achievements in four academic fields, including Confucianism, historical studies, Chinese-character theory and literature. And the present thesis is a probe into his collection of essays on literature.
