试用QRSs记分法估价急性心肌梗塞的范围及左室功能 被引量:12

摘要 急性心肌梗塞(AMI)的死亡率与梗塞面积及心功能状态密切相关,本文试图运用Wagner提出的QRS记分系统(QRSs)来预测AMI梗塞面积并估价其左室功能。 材料与方法 对1986年确诊AMI住院的47例患者按照Wag-ner QRSs记分法测量每例患者住院后1,2,3天,1,2,3周6份心电图,分析其除了Ⅲ、AVR导联以外的各导联的Q和R波宽度。
