Re-Examination of China's Land System

理论界对我国土地制度进行了长期的讨论,并产生了一系列的新理论,但这些理论过多注意了学理层面的考量,实际应用价值则极其有限。为此,我们必须转变思维战略,确立新的理论,以充分保护农民的农地权为核心、从“三农”问题整体解决的思路出发,推进土地制度变革。

Scholars have discussed China＇ s land system for a long time and produced many theories, which, however, are mostly concerned with theory and limited in their practical application. Therefore we have to change our thinking pattern and take into consideration the complete solution of the ＂three-farm＂ problem by developing new theories in order to protect the peasants＇ ownership right to farmland and to promote land reform.
