城市化进程与高等教育的发展呈现出高度一致性。城市化的发展为高等教育的人力资源提供市场需要和发展基础,高等教育发展又为城市化水平的提高提供人力和科技的保障。以南京市为例,探析两者之间的发展规律。

There is a consistency between the process of urbanization and the development of higher education. The former provides market needs for personnel resources and development basis for the latter; the latter provides guarantee in manpower and technology for the development of the former. This paper deals with the relationship between the two, with the city Nanjing as an example.
