After more than 20 years of legislation and legal revision, driven to a new level by China＇s successful bidinto the World Trade Organization in zooi and the requirements for its official entry, China＇s intellectual property rights （IPR） protection system is now believed to be a relatively complete one, at least from a legislative perspective.
