开腹阑尾切除术与腹腔镜阑尾切除术的比较分析

Contrastive analysis between open appendectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopicappendectomy,LC)与开腹阑尾切除术(openappendectomyOA)的优缺点。方法回顾分析2004年3月至2005年3月53例腹腔镜阑尾切除术,与同期施行的77例开腹阑尾切除术的手术情况,并对其临床资料进行统计、对比、分析。结果LA与OA的手术时间无明显差异,LA术后疼痛程度、术后住院时间、术后切口感染率等方面明显优于OA,P<0.05。结论LA是安全可行的,与OA相比,具有创伤小,恢复快,并发症少和住院时间短的优势,可作为治疗急慢性阑尾炎的首选手术方式。

Objective To explore the merits and defects of LA and OA. Methods Fifty three cases of LA and 77 cases of OA were performed during March 2004 to March 2005. The clinical data of two methods were summarized and contrasted. Results There was no deference between two methods in the mean operative time,LA patients had less postoperative pain, less average length of stay and rate of incision injection than OA, Conclusions LA is safe and feasible. It has the advantages of less invasion, quick recovery and shorter hospitalization.
