论述了循环经济与和谐社会的关系,阐述了我国石油、化学工业发展循环经济的意义,分析了循环经济的发展现状和前景。在借鉴国外循环经济建设经验的基础上提出了相应的对策与措施。

This paper discussed the relationship between recycling economy and harmonious society, expounded the significance of developing recycling economy in Chinese petroleum and chemical industries, analyzed the current situation and prospect of development of recycling economy, and raised corresponding measures on the basis of consulting overseas experience in construction of recycling economy.
