稠油区块开发中经济评价的方法与计算

Economic Evaluation Methods and the Calculation in Development of Heavy Oil Block

对某油田两个稠油区块的开发进行了经济评价。简述了稠油区块经济评价的方法、指标及主要研究评价内容,包括开发投资估算、采油成本估算、经济评价期等。按油价1 390元/t进行计算(不含税价),其盈利能力分析和敏感性分析均表明,河南油田这两个稠油区块蒸汽吞吐开发方案各项经济评价指标均好于石油行业标准,经济上可行,抗风险能力也较强。

Based on the economic evaluation on the development of two heavy oil blocks in Henan Oil Field, this paper briefly introduced the methods and indexes for economic evaluation of heavy oil blocks, and the main contents for research and evaluation, including estimation of development investment, oil extraction cost, economic evaluation period, and so on. Calculating with the oil price of RMB1,390/t （excluding tax）, both profit ability analysis and sensitivity analysis showed that all the economic evaluation indexes in steam handling development scheme for the two heavy oil blocks in Henan Oil is not only feasible in economy but also has good Field were higher than petroleum industrial standard, which economic profit and strong anti -risk capability.
