卵巢宫内膜样癌和透明细胞癌的超微结构

AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY OF ENDOMETRIOID AND CLEAR CELL CARCINOMA OF THE OVARY

对8例卵巢宫内膜样癌进行了光镜及电镜观察。8例中有3例含透明细胞癌区。超微结构显示卵巢宫内膜样癌与子宫内膜腺癌及正常子宫内膜十分相似。瘤细胞主要成分类似子宫内膜增生期细胞,但亦含有类似分泌期细胞成分。透明细胞癌的超微结构表现为大量分泌期型细胞。说明卵巢宫内膜样癌的形态和功能本质为子宫内膜上皮。透明细胞癌是一型重演分泌期子宫内膜上皮的肿瘤,应归类于卵巢宫内膜样癌分泌型或透明细胞型。

8 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of ovary were studied by light and electron microscopy, 3tumors from which contained clear cell carcinoma areas. The ultrastructure of endometrioid adenoca-rcinoma is indistinguished from that of endometrial adenocarcinoma and is very similar to that of no-rmal endometrium. Endometrioid adenocarcinomas are formed largely of proliferative-type cells butthey may also contain a proportion of cells of the secretory type. The clear cell carcinomashowed a large amount of secretory-type tumor cells with accumulation and resolution of glycogen.Ultrastructural study may confirm the truly endometrial nature of endometrio id adenocarcinoma of theovary. The clearr cell carcino mamost likely arise from the ovarian surface epithelium recapitula ting thesecretory endometrium. It may be classified as endometrioid carcinoma clear cell type or secretory type.
