摘要
由于棉纱线与锦纶单丝性质差异较大,进行交织生产难度很大,经过不断调整生产工艺,在喷气织机上成功地开发出棉与锦纶有光异形单丝交织面料,为企业赢得了市场和声誉。
There were many difficulties in the process of cross weaving cotton/polyamide monofilament fabric because of the different properties between cotton yarn and polyamide fiber monofilament. The cotton/ monofilament fabric was successfully developed on air-jet loom through several technology adjustments.
