摘要
介绍一个用吸附-催化燃烧装置来处理喷漆废气实例,喷漆废气经水帘洗涤后,先利用除漆和脱水装置进行预处理,再以活性炭纤维为吸附剂,结合多单元分流组合式吸附床,采用PLC电脑来实现整个系统的连续运行;实际运行结果表明,对于处理低涂的喷漆废气,该技术具有净化效率高、节能降耗、自动化水平高等优点。
A case study was done to treat waste gas of spray-painting by using an equipment of absorption-catalytic combustion. The waste gas was firstly pretreated with painting removal and dewatering equipment, then continuously run through PLC computer with active carbon fibre as absorbent. Running results indicated that the process is advantageous over high efficient purification, energy saving and high level automation.
