摘要
目的建立苦碟子注射液的毛细管电泳指纹图谱(CEFP),为苦碟子注射液的质量控制提供新方法。方法采用高效毛细管电泳法,紫外检测波长242 nm,电压为12.5 kV,以硼砂(75 mmol.L-1,调pH值为9.52)为背景电解质进行指纹图谱研究。结果建立了苦碟子注射液CEFP,以腺苷峰为参照物峰,确定了24个共有峰,测定11批苦碟子注射液CEFP与共有模式间具有良好的相似性,以相似度和色谱指纹图谱信息量指数对其进行评价。结论所建立的CEFP具有较好的精密度和重现性,对苦碟子注射液的质量控制提供了新方法。
Objective To establish the capillary electrophoresis fingerprints (CEFP)of Lveris sonchifolia Hance injection and to evaluate its quality. Methods The fingerprints of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection was determined by CE. The detection wavelength was set at 242 nm with voltage of 12.5 kV, 75 mmol· L^- 1 sodium borate solution (adjusted pH 9.52) was used as background electrolyte. Results Twenty-four co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprints of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection and adenosine were selected as the reference peak. There existed good similarities between the standard CEFP and each CEFP of the eleven different bathes. The fingerprints information index were first used to evaluated the CEFP. Conclusions The CEFP has good precision, reproducibility and stability, which can be useful in the quality control of Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection.
