37℃持续热应激对实验性大肠杆菌病肉鸡股动脉压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究37℃持续热应激对实验性大肠杆菌病肉鸡股动脉压的影响。结果表明,热应激作用和大肠杆菌感染均可使肉鸡股动脉压及其最大变化速率极显著下降(P<0.01)。热应激第3天,感染大肠杆菌肉鸡股动脉收缩压为((14.76±1.52),(11.04±0.36)kPa)、股动脉舒张压为((11.84±1.66),(9.71±0.36)kPa)、平均股动脉压为((12.81±1.59),(10.15±0.36)kPa)呈显著下降(P<0.05),股动脉收缩与舒张压最大变化速率((93.10±18.81,21.28±7.28)/(69.16±28.83,15.96±3.64)kPa/S)呈极显著下降(P<0.01)。说明37℃持续热应激能显著降低感染大肠杆菌肉鸡股动脉压,热应激并大肠杆菌感染降低肉鸡股动脉压可发生迭加效应,但肉鸡死亡率不增加。 The effects of 37℃ constant heat stress on femoral artery pressure in broiler chickens with experimental colibacillsis were studied. The results showed that both heat stress and Escherichia co/i infection significantly decreased (P〈 0.01) the femoral artery systolic/diastolic pressure (FAP, FASP, FADP), mean FAP (MFAP) and maximum increasing rate of femoral artery systolic/diastolic pressure (FA ± dp/dt max) of broiler chickens. On 3rd after heat stress, FASP ((14.76± 1.52), (11.04 ± 0.36) kPa), FADP((11.84 ± 1.66), (9.71 ± 0.36)kPa), MFAP((12.81 ± 1.59), (10.15±0.36)kPa)and FA ± dp/dtmax ((93.10± 18.81), (21.28 ± 7.28) / (69.16 ± 28.83), (15.96 ± 3.64)kPa/s)of broiler chickens Inoculated with E. coli decreased significantly(P 〈 0.01), It may be concluded that 37℃ constant heat stress significantly decreases FAP in broiler chickens inoculated with E. coli. The result of heat stress and E. coli infection to FAP in broiler were repeatedly effect but the mortality was not increased.
