摘要
随着全球经济的重心从货物贸易移向高新技术贸易,高新技术贸易在中国经济持续高速增长中发挥着重要支撑和源泉的作用。通过对1991～2003年的统计数据进行实证研究,分析了高新技术贸易对中国经济增长的作用,对中国高新技术贸易开放度与国际竞争力进行实证分析,探讨了高新技术贸易对经济增长带动不足的原因,并提出相应的政策建议。
The focus of global economy changed from goods trade to high -tech trade, which plays significant role in Chinese being rapid economic development. Based on the empirical study on the statistics data from 1991 to 2003, the paper discussed its role, and analyzed the open degree and international competitiveness, as well as the cause of low contribution of high - tech trade on economy growth. The paper finally put forward some countermeasures.
