分析了离子膜烧碱生产过程中30DD350型电解槽电压的主要影响因素:膜电压降、降和溶液电压降。指出降低槽电压的方法:严格控制各项工艺指标,减少设备损坏,保证电解槽正常运转。
The main factors influencing the cell voltage of electrolyzers of 30DD350 type are analyzed. They are membrane voltage drop, unit cell voltage drop, and solution voltage drop. It is mentioned that methods to decrease the cell voltage include strictly controlling every process index, reducing unnecessary damage to equipment, and ensuring normal operation of the electrolyzers.
