摘要 直接对碳氢化合物燃料进行电化学氧化是目前固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的发展方向,寻求新的阳极催化剂材料是其发展的关键。采用固相法合成了Y掺杂的钛酸锶Sr1-1.5xYxTiO(3x=0.06,0.08,0.1)钙钛矿复合体系氧化物,对合成产物的结构、烧结性、高温电导率进行了测定,研究了不同烧结温度对阳极催化剂材料电导率的影响,并通过微观结构的研究,探讨了不同烧结温度对电导率的影响机理。研究表明,最佳烧结温度为1400℃,从400℃到1000℃电导率呈现单调降低趋势;当x=0.08时电导率最高,在800℃时达到26S·cm-1。 Direct electrochemical oxidation of hydrocarbon fuels is the current development trend of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC). It is a key to find a new anode material for this purpose. In this paper, the Y2O3 doped SrTiO3 perovskite compounds Sr1-1.5xYxTiO3 (x = 0.06, 0.08, 0.10) were synthesized by solid-state reaction. The crystalline structure of the calcined powder was examined by XRD and the sinterability and high temperature conductivity were measured. The influences of sintering temperature on the electrical conductivities were discussed. The results indicated that the optimal sintering temperature was 1 400 ℃, The conductivity decreased with an increase in temperature from 400 ℃ to 1 000 ℃. The highest conductivity appeared at 800 ℃, reaching 26 S·cm^-1 when x = 0.08.
