摘要 研究了碱性介质中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对锌电极钝化行为的影响,组装成锌-空气电池进行了测试。结果表明,在电解液中添加0.4%(质量百分数)的SDBS后,锌电极放电容量显著提高,活性物质利用率达到56.4%,与空白电解液的锌-空气电池相比有显著提高。析氢实验表明,SDBS通过覆盖效应对锌电极起到了一定的缓蚀作用。通过极化曲线测试和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析发现,由于SDBS在电极表面的吸附作用,使锌电极表面的放电产物变得更为细小,保持了天然的多孔结构不被破坏,延迟了钝化的产生。 The influence of surfactant additive sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) on zinc electrode in alkaline solution has been studied in this paper. The result shows that discharge capacity of zinc electrode has been greatly improved after adding SDBS into electrolyte. Active material utility percentage is as high as 56.4%. It is greatly increased than that of blank electrolyte. H2 evolution experiment shows that SDBS can be used as inhibitor for zinc electrode due to its blanketing effect. Through electrochemical morphological observation of anodic passivation behaviors of zinc electrode, the absorption of SDBS on electrode surface makes discharged production much smaller and keeps crude porous structure intact. Passivation of zinc electrode has been postponed.
