摘要
由于生产设备、生产条件等不同,铅粉的特性也存在许多差异。研究了氧化度为70%~77%、视密度为1.65~1.90g·cm-3的低视密度铅粉和氧化度为70%~75%、视密度为1.90~2.10g·cm-3的高视密度铅粉,对板式及管式极板性能的影响。试验结果显示,两种铅粉对板式极板的性能无明显影响,而对管式极板影响较大。采用低视密度铅粉生产的管式铅酸蓄电池其性能优于高视密度铅粉生产的管式铅酸蓄电池。
Lead powder is one of the most important materials in manufacturing lead acid batteries,which exist much difference in characteristics, because of manufacture equipment or other conditions' difference. This paper described the influence of two types of lead powder on the performance of lead-acid batteries. The property of the powder should conform to the following, PbO content : 70%-77% ,apparent density: 1.65-1.90 g·cm^-1, the other powder, PbO content :70%-75% ,apparent density: 1.90-2.10 g·cm^-3. Results showed that the low or high apparent density of lead powder have no influence on the flat plate ,but to tubular plate, the property of battery with low apparent density lead powder is better than that of the high.
