摘要
本文对53例应用于体外受精——胚胎移植的新鲜精液进行了精液分析,应用统计学原理,比较了各种精液平均体外受精率。方差分析结果表明,精液分析参数不同的精液,平均体外受精率没有显著性差异。应用冷冻精液进行人卵体外受精,受精率不低于新鲜精液。
Semen samples from 53 men participants in in vitro fertilization (IVF) were analyzed for volume,viscosity, sperm count and agglutination, motility and morphology. Summary of the distributions foreach sample count, time of liquification, motility and morphology are shown. There are no statisticallysignificant differences in fertilization rate among these groups after the semen preparation. The resultof frozen semen uged in IVF is also reported.
