HP VEE （Visual Engineering Environment） is a visual programming language, applicable to build automatic test systems. This paper introduces how to test the DC/DC converter automaticly by HP VEE. This automatic test system can fully satisfy the test precision, which is validated by the test of HSG28SS. The system improves the efficiency greatly and can satisfy the requirement of the research and produce.
