摘要 无线传感器网络是一种全新的信息获取和处理技术。相对于现有交通监控系统中所应用的各种技术,无线传感器网络具有不受环境限制、自组织、分布性等优势。该文提出了基于无线传感器网络的分布式无线交通监控系统的设计方案,详细探讨了构造自组织、自适应的智能交通网络所涉及的车辆速度测试、车辆定位、车流量检测等技术,并指出其对未来交通发展的意义。 To improve the efficiency and security of transportation, highway monitoring system(HMS) is widely studied in developed countries. The key technologies in current HMS are described in this paper, including electromagnetism circuit detection, radar beam detection, image manipulation and computer vision. In the applications of HMS, however, these technologies have respective shortcomings. This paper puts forward a new design of HMS, which is based upon wireless sensors network. And the relative problems such as acquisition of vehicle speed, vehicle localization, detection of vehicle flow and so on, are investigated to construct a self-organizing and self-adaptive intelligent transportation network, Finally, the signification of this new design is pointed out for the future transportation.
