摘要
为了使制造单元控制器具有柔性、开放性和可靠性,提出了基于组件的制造单元控制器的混合式控制体系结构。在描述制造单元控制器的功能模型基础上,提出了基于分布式对象CORBA的单元控制器软件结构。同时,采用统一建模语言的面向对象可视化设计方法,进行了基于组件的单元控制器的设计。最后在CORBA规范的Orbix 2.3c平台和VC++6.0的编程环境下开发了单元控制器控制软件。
In order to make manufacturing cells provided with the characteristics of flexibility, openness and reliability, a component-based hybrid control architecture is proposed for manufacturing cell controller. A CORBA-based and distributed software structure is built on the basis of describing the functional model of manufacturing cell controller. And by using object-oriented unified modeling language visible method, the component-based controller is designed in detail. Finally, the component-based control software is implemented in Orbix 2.3c communicational platform and VC++ 6.0 programming environment.
