摘要 通过对软土地基上某三层濒危厂房桩基础发生局部沉降和承台受冲切破坏等问题的分析研究,确定用局部增加锚杆静压桩控制整栋厂房沉降并用包柱式托换结构加固已破坏承台。尝试用植筋、新旧砼界面处理等新技术设计包柱式钢筋混凝土托换承台和锚筋式压桩承台连接系统,合理地解决了该厂房基础加固中的特有难题。 By analysing and researchig into the problems of part settlement of pile foundations and punching shear failure of pile-caps in a dangerous three-floor factory building on the soft ground, a scheme of foundation consolidation which introduces a way of partly adding some jacked piles by anchoring bar to insure the stability of the whole building and reinforcing the pile-caps of punching shear failure by wrapping-up-post underpinning stmcture is decided. In this scheme some new technologies such as planting reinforcing bar and dealing with new and old concrete interface are tried to design a wralping-up-post underpinning pile-caps made of reinforced concrete and a joint system made up of the pile foundations and planting reinforcing bar pile-caps for the jacked piles. The specific difficulties on foundation consolidation of the building are solved reasonably by the scheme.
