摘要
通过考察生产企业事故应急预案的研究成果,提出了我国地铁安全管理中应急预案的分级、类型、内容要求、作用、运行和维护等一系列观点,并针对地铁运营过程中比较常见的几类事故给出了较为通用的响应预案。
Through investigating the research results of the accident emergency preplan of manufacturing enterprise, the authors suggest the grading , type ,content request, function, operation, maintenance and a series of viewpoints to emergency preplan in the safety management of subway in China. Considering several accidents, which usually happen in subway operation process, some relatively general response prediction schemes are provided.
