摘要
在原小试实验的基础之上,利用50L搪瓷夹套反应釜对有机蒙脱石的合成做了扩大试验,通过对改性产品所做的红外光谱分析、小角度X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜结果的分析,表明有机改性剂成功的插入到蒙脱石的晶片间,有机改性蒙脱石的d(001)是36.7818,制备有机蒙脱石的扩大试验是成功的。
On the basis of formerly laboratoryexperiment, studies the Pilot-plant-scale experiment ofpreparing organically modified montmorillonite. The measuring results of the IR, XRD and SEM of the prepared products shows that the organic modifier has successfully inserted into the layer of the montmorillonite, the d(001) of the organic montmorillonite is 36, 7818A. The plant-scale experiment of preparingorganic montmorillonite is successful.
