摘要
目的研究采自菲律宾沿海具有细胞毒活性的海洋真菌97F49的化学成分。方法采用MTT比色法观察海洋真菌97F49对肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用,其发酵液采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20、ODS柱色谱、RP-HPLC分离纯化,并运用波谱技术分析确定所得化合物的化学结构。结果与结论分离得到6个化合物,分别为:4Z-8-羟基-4-甲基-4-壬烯-3-酮(Ⅰ)、22E-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(Ⅱ)、22E-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ)、22E-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5β,6β-三醇(Ⅳ)、阿拉伯醇(Ⅴ)、甘露醇(Ⅵ),其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物。
Aim To study the constituents from metabolites of marine fungus 97F49 gathered from the coast of philippines. Methods The inhibitory activity on turnout cell line proliferation of marine fungus 97F49 were tested by MTT method. The broth of 97F49 was isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and RP- HPLC chromatographies, and structures of the constituents were identified by spectral methods. Results and conclusion Six compounds were isolated, and their structures were determined as 4Z-8-hydroxy-4-methyl-4- nonen-3-one(Ⅰ), 22E-ergosta-5, 7, 22-trien-3β-ol(Ⅱ), 22E-5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol(Ⅲ), 22E-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β, 5β, 6β-triol(Ⅳ), arabitol(Ⅴ), manitol(Ⅵ). Compound Ⅰ is novel compound.
