摘要
中部崛起是21世纪中国区域经济发展最有突破性意义的重大课题之一。文章对中部发展中的战略定位、制度安排等问题进行了探讨,指出地区协调发展应贯彻“东、中、西互动”的发展思路;促进中部地区的发展应继续推进长江中游经济带的开发开放,支持农业企业化发展应与支持加快工业化相结合,尽快使老工业基地企业走出困境,加大对中部五省老区、库区和少数民族地区的扶贫力度。
The rise of central region is a significent and impertant subiect in the regional development in the 21 century. This paper analyses such problems as strategic orientation, institution arragement etc, pointing out that to promoting the central region development should continue to advance the development and opening of economical belt of the middle Yangtze River, supporting the industrial production of agriculture should be unified with speeding up the industrializationetc.
