摘要
从学校人事管理的角度,分析了教师职业倦怠和“庸人集团”现象的产生原因及其危害,探讨了在校本人事管理中解决这两类问题的策略和方法。
This thesis analyzes the reasons and its harm of the teachers' burnout and "medicrity groups " in the aspect of HRM in schools, and discusses the tactics, the measures and the promotion of management efficiency in school-based human resources management.
