摘要 [目的]探讨不同人参胶囊延缓Oregon K野生型黑腹果蝇衰老的作用。[方法]收集8h内乳化未交配雌雄果蝇6000只,雌雄各半,随机分配在A、B、C3种人参胶囊的各自4个浓度组中,每个浓度组雌雄果蝇各200只,每4d更换1次培养基,每2d计数1次,用生存试验检测果蝇寿命。[结果]A胶囊0.06%、0.20%和0.60%浓度组的雌性果蝇与对照组比较延长平均寿命2.4~5.3d,延长雌蝇平均最高寿命为3.4~8.8d;B胶囊0.120%和0.360%浓度组雌蝇与对照组比较平均寿命延长2.5~3.6d,且延长平均最高寿命为2.4—3.4d;0.120%浓度组雄蝇与对照组比较延长平均最高寿命为2.8d;C胶囊0.24%和0.72%浓度组雌蝇与对照组比较延长平均寿命2.96—3.55d,0.24%浓度组雌蝇与对照组比较延长平均最高寿命3.45d;0.08%浓度组雄蝇与对照组比较延长平均寿命2.97d(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。 [ Objective] To investigate the impact of different kinds of processed ginseng capsules to the longevity test of Drosophila Melanogaster. [Methods] Newly trapped and not mated flies were collected within 8 hours, separated by sex and randomly put into different concentration of different ( A, B, C ) ginseng capsules. Each group containied 200 flies. There were 400 flies in one concentration group and there were 4 concentration groups for one kind of ginseng. The number of dead flies was counted every 2 days and the culture medium were replaced every 4 days until all flies died. [ Results ] The female's mean life-span(MSL) and maximum mean life - span(MMLS) of 0.06%, 0.20% and 0.60% concentration groups of A were longer than that of the control group, prolonged by 2.4 -5.3 days and 3.8-8.8days respectly. The female's MSL and MMSL of 0.12% and 0.36% groups of B were prolonged by 2.5 - 3.6 days and 2.4 -3.4 days respectivelyt male's MSL was prolonged by 2.8 days. The femaleg MSL of 0. 24% and 0. 72% groups of C were prolonged by 2.96 - 3.55 days, the female's MMSL of 0.24% group was prolonged by 3.45 days, male's MSL of 0.08% concentration group was prolonged by 2.97 days. And they were all significantly prolonged ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] Ginseng can prolong the longevity of Drosophila Melanogaster.
