混合液纱条用于深部伤口换药的效果观察

Effect of Combinations of 50%GS、654-2 and Insulin Yarn on Dressing Change in Patients with Deep Wound Infection

目的探讨深部伤口用50％葡萄糖、654-2、胰岛素混合液纱条换药的疗效观察。方法从2004年1月～2004年11月随机抽取50例外科创面感染患者，分为对照组和实验组，各25例，对照组按外科感染创面常规换药；实验组在常规换药的基础上用生理盐水清洗创面后，使用50％葡萄糖、654-2、胰岛素制成的混合液纱条填塞引流伤口，隔日1次。观察创面显效时间、愈合时间，进行疗效评价。结果对照组患者的伤口愈合需21±6．6天，而实验组伤口愈合需10±2．5天（P〈0．05）；对照组创面治疗有效率44％，而实验组84％（P〈0．01）。结论50％葡萄糖、654—2、胰岛素混合液纱条用于深部伤口换药具有疗效好、愈合快、治疗时间短特点，且经济，配制简单、副作用小，有推广应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of combinations of 50%GS,654-2 and insulin yarn on dressing change in patients with deep wound infection. Methods 50 cases of patients with surgical infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. Conventional dressing change methods was used in the control group and the combinations of 50%GS,654 2 and insulin yarn was used when change dressing in the observation group. The effectual time and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The healing time in control group was 21±6.6 days , while 10±2.5 days in the observation group. The curative rate in the control group was 44% and 84% in the observation group. Conclusion The results showed that dressing change with the combinations of 50%GS.654-2 and insulin yarn is an effective and convenient method which has many advantages such as low cost and little adverse effect.
