摘要
培养的小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞可粘着于固化在玻璃表面的层粘连蛋白(Laminin,LN)基质上。此过程可分别被抗LN兔血清和抗LN受体(LN-R)兔血清阻断,说明二者的结合是LN与细胞表面LN-R的作用结果。几种外源性单糖如唾液酸,α-甲基甘露糖等可抑制Lewis肺癌细胞与LN相结合,且有剂量依赖性。一种混合糖肽可分别与Lewis肺癌细胞和LN结合,而阻断二者的结合。
The cultured murine Lewis lung carcinoma cells may bind to wlaminin(LN)immobilized. The bindingwas inhibited by anti-LN and anti-LN-R serum from rabbit, respectively, which indicates that the bindingis the interaction of LN with its receptor on the cell surface. Serveral exogenous monosaccharides sucha8 N-acetyl-neuraminic acid, alpha-methyl-D-mannopyranoside etc. inhibited the binding of Lewis lungcarcinoma cells with LN with dose-depedent. the glycopeptides isolated from Lewis lung carcinoma maybind to murine Lewis lung carcinoma cells and LN, respectively and remarkably inhibited the interact-ion of the cells with LN.
