摘要
【目的】了解注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的血铅水平及血铅水平与行为因子有无剂量-效应关系,以提高其治愈率。【方法】实验组和对照组各80例,用静脉血以原子吸收法测血铅,用Conners’量表评定行为。【结果】实验组的血铅水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);行为因子得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。【结论】铅中毒可能是引起注意缺陷多动障碍的原因之一。铅水平与行为改变之间可能存在剂量-效应关系。
[Objectives] To study the level of blood lead in children with attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD) and the relation in blood lead and behavioral factors. [Methods] 80 children with ADHD and 80 normal controis were observed. Blood lead was determined with the methods of atom absorption. The behavior of children with ADHD were assessed with Conners' Rating Scale. [Results] The level of blood lead and the score of behavioral factors of ADHD children were higher than those of normal controls. [Conclusions] Lead poisoning may be one of the reasons causing ADHD. The level of blood lead and behavioral change of ADHD children could have the relation of dosage-effection.
